In France only, and at Micromania in-store only. It is already out as you can see a photo of them in shops earlier in the thread.

Is there any chance of doing a group buy on this, seeing as how it's available separately?

It looks very similar to the COD Collection SteelBook I recently did a group buy for, with the obvious difference that this contains less disc slots and MW branding

Would definitely be interested in a group buy for this if either someone in France were willing to organise it, or be willing to ship to me here in the UK and I will do all the hard work of distributing them within the UK?
