Something a bit fishy going on here. The CSA told me I was the only one to get a copy by sheer luck, and everyone else were having their's cancelled...

Wasn't sure if it was a story made up so I didn't complain about getting my other copy. But im hearing some of urs were cancelled. Some have gone through...

Id really like to get a snapshot of all the orders that have gone through and write a letter of complaint. But I sincerely doubt anyone is going to post a screenshot of their order number...

It's just downright unfair that some people had their PREORDERS cancelled. And some orders got cancelled after the relist yet some did not.

I'm so pissed right now. I pre-ordered the game GAME.UK so I'd receive the steelbook. Guess what ? I received the game and send them an email (after 2 weeks) to ask if they have shipped my steelbook+DLC separately. They told me that it probably got lost so I'd have to give them my address and they would send me a new one. I responded quickly and gave them my address and lol they told me the steelbook offer is only for people from the UK, I would not get it. They apologized.

I hate those losers, I asked for a refund/compensations or for them to send me the steelbook. I also threatened them by canceling all my pre-orders, that's simply not a way to treat their customers. I paid for the shippingcosts so they could have send me the steelbook.

onyxke, they had it listed as being a UK only preorder bonus, many members here knew that but took a chance anyway, so they don't really have to refund/compensate you since it was always stated as being a UK preorder bonus - sorry xx

That simply sucks. If that really is the case than they shouldn't haven taken pre-orders from overseas, simple as that. It's not really professional.

Do you know if other members on here who don't live in the UK received the steelbook or not?

I think they take overseas orders on everything, except things over 1KG in weight - they don't have any exceptions to orders placed from overseas that have UK only preorder bonuses, think that's why they put the warning on the page

Unsure, think they didn't but I do know that some members - instead of taking the risk - got UK members to preorder then forward to them (so they'd get the steelbook, only downside is that they then have to pay shipping twice)
