The Pip-Boy looks like I expected, a nice "toy". I do like the box it comes in. Disappointing that the game comes i the steelbook.
I'm just curious, why disappointing (this will be my first steelbook)

Well for steelbook collectors it is nice to have a regular case to have the game in so you can easily keep your steelbook separate (and even sealed)

Then from a wanting to get some money back when you are done playing the game it helps that too.

Looks really nice I think!

Didn't realise you get the season pass with it

Ohh I see, I watched the video with the sound off as I'm at work at the min so wasn't sure if he mentioned anything about it.
Would have been a nice surprise if it did.

I think I liked the box more than the pipboy itself, haha.

I will get it but I´m still debating whether I should keep it or not. I guess I will be certain once I have it in my hands.

Yeah, I will keep this edition just because it's a game I've anticipated for so long, but I'm pretty underwhelmed by the content. I sort of knew already the pipboy must be hollow and toy-ish from the pictures (I still think they could have made better with rust, dents and stains to make it look more like the real wasteland and not brand new polished China), but seeing the whole real package handled by human hands, it sure looks like cheap execution. The itsy bitsy pipboy guide, the folded poster (!!), the lack of a soundtrack or artbook or lore book or anything with a little more passion involved, I dunno, compared to the CE of the other GOTY contender (in my book) The Witcher 3, this edition is like boys vs men. Up your CE's, Bethesda!

I thought the exact same thing.

Yeah I knew it would be toy-ish... usually is and the fact that it was wearable took away the idea it could be a really good statue type quality display replica (which is what I would have preferred to a novelty wearable one).

Funny things is I said this back when the Mini Nuke was announced that I like it better then the Pip-Boy... and I still do.

As for lore, you might want to get that Amazon UK "Exclusive" Edition that comes with the "History of Fallout" book... I ordered one myself.
