Hi mortal, howzit?
Please explain to me if your frame has some special in it.
I mean, is it acid free matted? board? UV glass?
not really a pro when it comes to framing, but it is my concern for my lithographs to last long/forever, or avoid any damage.
any advice? is my framing wrong?

I'll go with Silent Hill 3.

Kind of like the Last of Us, and you seem to really like Silent Hill.

Hello again friends! I have a little update to share!

The beautiful TR giclee:

Rangel giclee:

The awesome DA lorebook with gold gilded page edges and signed litho:

Signed Drake's Journal book:

ME universe clamshell artbook:

GTA V promo posters:

Gamestop employee Watch Dogs art cel kit:

I've since picked up a few more cels, but I simply haven't taken pics of them all. I think I have 3 cels; not sure how many came in the kit originally.

E3-exclusive Watch Dogs game tin, complete with all original contents:

TLoU 3D counter-top standee:

Ellie's shirt:

Vault Boy shirt of the month #1. I picked up a couple of these with the intention of wearing them both. I figured I'd eventually wear one out, so the second one would come in handy; but I had no idea they would come sealed in these awesome containers. Now I can't bring myself to open them both! I did open one though 'cause there was no way I wasn't gonna wear it:

This is what the shirt looks like:

The Evil Within poster:

Dev team hand signed Gears 3 poster:

Oversize Elizabeth signed giclee #1/5:

TLoU press kit:

and this final one is the one I've been hinting at. It may not be the sexiest or the coolest piece, but it's just a personal favorite, and one that I'd been after for ages:

Yes, this is the oversize KOTOR movie-style poster. It was given only to media people and to few lucky fans. This is the only example that I'd ever seen available, and when I had a chance to get it, I jumped on it. Now it was not easy for me to get it; in fact, it took a looong time before I actually got it. There was a lot of back and forth with the seller before he finally caved and let me have it. Now sadly, the poster is not in good condition, but the thing is that I actually got it for practically free in the end; so I'm not really too upset with the condition. The seller thought that the poster was in great shape, but when he actually went to look at it, he realized that it was damaged; at which point he contacted me and told me that I could have it for free! He knew I would appreciate the poster so he was happy to let me have it!

I plan on having it restored at some point to bring it back to its former glory. As it happens, since picking this poster up, 2 others have popped up for sale, but they're not really the same. The 2 that are available now are smaller versions; and one of those 2 was folded so it has nasty permanent creases. But still, I just thought it was kind of funny that after years of waiting for this poster to come up for sale, not just 1, but 3 different posters showed up finally all around the same time.

Well that about does it for now. Thanks again everyone for taking time to check out my collection thread! Take care.

I'm curious about that, how do you restore a poster?

Great pickups buddy

A lot of amazing stuff in there

That oversize Elizabeth looks wonderful

And I know how much you wanted that kotor poster

It's nice to see such a high caliber collector who loves kotor as much as I do

There are people that restore posters. It's pretty wild and amazing actually.

There's a guy here in Chicago that restores posters. He's, from what I understand, an awesome artist. I'm probably gonna have him do the work on the poster. You can see some examples of his work here:

http://theartofrestoration.com/before_after.htm

On youtube, there are videos of people restoring old movie posters. A lot of the videos are pretty awesome to watch actually.

Here's one that I found just now, just to give you an idea of how it works:
