Also, how come the 18x24 metals are the same price as the 17x30's? Shouldn't they be cheaper?

I get your point guys but the first release limited to 500 units signed and numbered is still limited to 500, then you have the candb version limited to 12 in higher quality and the open edition with a different size.

One thing is re opening a limited edition (let's say the first litho limited to 500) and increase the production number to 1000/1000 due to popular demand and another is re releasing it in a different format, but I agree that the art per se is not limited anymore.

They just need to be upfront about their intentions of how many different variants and/or editions they are going to release and not just decide a year later to print out a new slightly different version. At this point I pretty much just assume everything they release will pop up as some sort of variant edition in the future, especially, if it's popular. I do not see why they could not have just used new art for the metal prints and keep the original images limited like we were led to believe. PAX/event exclusives

I don't really mind. I think the metal prints are different enough that its a non-issue. I'd like to see an Illium or Citadel metal print.
