Is it fully sealed? Because a MINT but opened one went for £37 recently, so of course if fully sealed quite a bit more

Depends on:
1. If factory sealed
2. Condition of tin/seal

I estimate the game in that condition (yes I see that looks to be scratches on the front), to sell from £60 to £100.

It's going to be a difficult sell. It's over shadowed by other games in its genre like Skyrim.

I estimate your game to sell on Ebay around $30 to $60. The only way I see you can boost the sale is to get it VGA graded. A nice 9.0+ will increase the game's value.

And Yes, I see some little wear on the bottom left of the shrink wrap and a light scuffle on the bottom left corner.

Sorry vhal_x is correct, its not my picture. I should have used an actual picture of my own to avoid the confusion.

In any case, I was asking about a sealed copy in mint condition.
