I know the steelbook for sure is being released basically everywhere, but other than the DLC, I wonder what makes this an Amazon.de exclusive.

It's the same as everywhere else I'm guessing, just that Amazon.de is the only place in Germany to get it, hence exclusive xx

yeh same as all other releases just exclusive to amazon de in germany, gamestop in the us, uk seems to have the broadest release in terms of retailer availability
