why don't you just get it on any platform, then buy the game for the PC on its own? (steam or something)
unless you want the PC edition sealed, then .... (there's a bunch on amazon US though at about 100 USD..... )

I know the pain man, I wanted to get it at release but couldn't get one, didn't have a credit card at the time.
I bought the game for PC itself and actually ordered the PS3 collectors edition a week or so ago to add to the collection
