The prestige edition is amazon UK exclusive according to the article on IGN. US is still getting a CE....just not the overly exspensive badass version

The prestige edition is a 15 in hand painted polystone statue. I might have to have this imported

There are promotional pictures of the Apocalypse Edition in German and Frence. I don't think it will be exclusive to the UK.

Also, there is a german USK rating pending on the Prestige Edition.

One more thing: it seems that the US Collector's Edition will be slightly different from the European Collector's Edition:

EU version comes with A4 sized artbook and patches. US one will have a small artbook and a game guide. Metal pack is also different.
