AFAIK, Demon's Souls: Black Phantom Edition was hard to come by (in stores) a month or two after release (Namco said they sold out). From what I've seen, they're going for pretty good prices on ebay (especially the sealed ones).

I still have a spare sealed copy Demon's Souls: Black Phantom Edition. You would only find them as used in the stores and EB would have opened them as well when they were released. I imported my copies from the UK as they worked out to be cheaper. I've yet to play the game
