From what I read, Best Buy online completely screwed up the orders and now no one will be getting their limited edition.

I ordered two copies from Amazon US, they got shipped a couple of days ago and I can track them all the way to Australia.

I made the order back in June. AFAIK those that left it really late (after 20th Sept) will be missing out on a CE.

I think Best Buy gave the customers a $20 gift card if they wanted the regular edition. I dont know what happened to the Amazon and newegg orders.

Mine came from Gamestop.ca today! Shame its not for me. Its going to be tough to hunt down another.

I actually forgot to cancel my order for Dark Souls. I only really pre-ordered it for the SteelBook, but then it got cancelled. Still, if the previous CE is anything to go by then this is still worth having.

I will just say that the PS3 box art looks much nicer, and blends into where the PS3 banner should be at the top. However, this cannot be said for the X360 version which still retains the usual white / green banner
