The Stray Sheep Edition is available to pre-order on amazon.co.uk and they sell it for only £39.99 which is .. just two pounds more than for what they have the regular one.

Yeah I guess. I thought the release date wasn't specified beyond "February" but I just checked the publishers facebook page and apparently it was.
What I also learned is that they are giving the soundtrack and artbook as pre-order bonuses in the end, but they didn't specify from which retailers D:

Ah, I wonder if we'll get them? Makes little difference to me as I got them as pre-order bonuses from the US Deluxe Edition, but it'd be nice to have them for this edition too

I wonder too, but that's tricky, no retailer lists those pre-order bonuses, besides shopto, which only has them attached to normal edition.
I hope it's just because they were announced late.

Mine has been dispatched from GAME 10 minutes ago so it's not delayed. However, my one piece 3DS limited edition is still not dispatched from amazon yet. Anyway, I hope they don't seal the art book alongside the box because that's what happened on some of the unboxing videos. It would have been easier to just put the art book inside the box rather than outside.
