I'm a little worried that it may be region locked, though the chances of that is slim I hope.

Anyway, as of right now, The Dark Edition is not listed on any Aussie retailer and only GAMEAus has the game listed at all! Hopefully by the end of the week the Dark Edition will be up for pre-order...I'm guessing EB will have 'exclusivity' for that!?

Also, you could order from USA (or Australia), maybe? If the game is released at the same time it shouldn't be region locked.

I avoid buying from outside of EU because of customs when it cames to large and expensive stuff!

Well, I'm ordering from a polish site, so it wouldn't really solve your problem of it being in foreign language that is not English, on the package.

has anyone seen it up for pre-order in Canada? gamestop.ca lists the enchanced edition, but not the dark edition

ahhh, yet another great CE enslaved by the leper called GAME. They're drowning in debt and the jury's out whether they'll survive 2012 and yet, somehow, they get these exclusives (ME3, this, whoknows what else...) and of course, ramp up their prices as high as they can. f***, I'm so pissed of at that store...

I too think the price is too low, I'm guessing they have price wrong and will increase the price shortly. Just like Soul Caliber CE.
