Argh...I believe I was scammed!!
I bought my NTSC as a preorder off of eBay like two months ago, and he was supposed to send it out on release day but I haven't heard from him yet. Somebody else who bought the same thing as I did left negative feedback saying "Scam artist"

Anyway, would anybody be willing to sell their NTSC Xbox 360 ME3 CE? $100+shipping...

It came out in the states yesterday... For the reason above, I never preorder off eBay. If the seller hasn't got it in hand, it's just opportunity for seller to rip people off...

Your bigger issue is that paypal protection is only for 45 days, after that you have no protection.

That must be why he put it up around mid January? I purchase it on January 15th myself.

Well this purchase came straight from my Credit card and not Paypal balance.
If that even means anything.

eBay definitely needs to advertise the 45-day thing more.
