And someone actually bought it! No idea who tho. The listing doesnt make sense either. He lives in italy and he have AC 3 for ps3 and xbox for pre sale as well. Only the GW2 CE is located in US and scam like price.

WARNING! If you preorder from Zavvi, they charge when you preorder!

They have removed the "We charge on dispatch" on the page and put a "when you order (starting 10th April) this is when you'll be charged" or something to that effect, cleverly hidden in one of the large paragraphs.

probably because if you pre purchase you will given entry to all beta events until release

Yeah, I understand that, but the Guild Wars site said if you don't want to pay up front, some places are offering the CE on preorder, rather than prepurchase, so I'd originally assumed that's what was happening with Zavvi xx

Yep still waiting but to be honest after all this I think I'm going to leave it £130 is a very large amount for a CE, I don't want to be sucked in to buying it cause its shiny there are only some many MMO's you can play at once and one is enough - i think I'd rather spend the money upgrading the PC or waiting for some other CE's or collectables
