Yes, I can finally announce that this Insane Edition is indeed real, albeit not quite the same as originally pictured in the first posts of this thread. Ubisoft announced it this morning, Zavvi outed it on their blog, followed by pre-order listings, and now ShopTo.net have followed suit

Hmmmm 100 dollars.... the edition looks nice... but... that random bobblehead... I hope they announce a CE for NA.

Not quite sure how the bobblehead fits into the package, as it's an awkward shape that clearly wouldn't be a part of the fabric toolkit wrap. My guess is that the bobblehead will be individually packed in its own box, and the whole bundle inside a larger box. I imagine the toolkit to be roughly the size of the Fable III / Soul Calibur V CE's
