i have sold mine AC1 CE about 4 weeks ago for 197,50 euro on ebay.
This one whas open but the game whas still sealed.

They are quite rare now.

I would say look to pay £110+, have seen some go for £150. This is the sealed price.

The PS3 version is worth more.

WOW they have shoot up, the last one sealed I saw went for £150, that was only 2 months ago.

they can be had for around US$40 to US $60..each on resell markets..i bought a couple in that price range off of ebay about 2 months ago.
