It's normal .
I ordered on Januari ,16th and they just shipped on Feb , 1st and status unchanged until I emailed them

My tin came with the tracking saying it was still waiting to be released,so don't be surprised if it just turns up on your door.

Just curious, why does everyone seem to get so excited if they get a low number out of the 5000?

What's the difference and why does it really matter?

Number 1 would be awesome to have though.
