where did the elder scrolls notebook (?) come from?

Just managed to pick up another 2 black flag maps and the black flag promo pack of cards. Im starting to get worried about the amount of items now

The notebook was from Germany - the pages are plain which is a shame but nice cover and size

Ebay

a canadian seller had them so i bought a pack before they sold out. I think another person has put them up now though if you were interested.

i though there were 5. I have the pirate trophy, pride of the west indies, trove of mystery and the other one you get with the mighty ape edition. Im missing the captains legacy one

Yepi was the first person to buy the playing cards thanks to eaglestrike for the heads up

Ah ok i can pick that up later then! I got trove from ebay as well, but had to pay about 15 for it. Is there anywhere to get the legacy map on its own?

I also managed to pick up a few more dishonored promo items, so today is a good day

How do you know which map the people are selling?
I always get confused
