I have to work, but I will see if the switching the money from one preorder to a ness preorder will work. The worker there swears up and down that it will. I guess I will see

Yeah, was 1st in line and the order definitely took >30 minutes to finally go through after timing out over and over -- looks like they actually took down the servers temporarily shortly after mine too, glad I didn't try and add the other 2 I missed from BB (Charizard & Wario) and just had him do Ness.
