Come to think of it, It may technically be a "press only" item, however, I really don't know if that's the case. Further research may be needed.

Just like me with steelbooks and journals, ANYTIME

Thanks for this wonderful thread, Mortal. I've been plowing through it for the past two hours. As a very new AC collector (and long time Castlevania collector), you have really set the bar sky high. You have some incredible pieces, many of which I had never, never seen.

Looking forward to your AC grail update. Thank you again for sharing. Keep them coming.

Thank you sir. Check out the collection threads of Marius, LowlyAssassin, Ingmar, LeX, Redmagster, Mathika, and countless other AC collection threads here. They all have pretty stellar AC collections, way better than mine.

May I ask where your posters come from. I love posters but can never find good video game ones? . .your collection is absolutely incredible. This is the reason why I want to collect.

Thank you sir. It's getting harder and harder to find good, quality posters.
Used to be you could find authentic posters for older popular games at a decent prices, but now they rarely pop up, and when they do, they can be quite expensive.

I mostly get my posters through eBay, and through contacts/friends/collectors that I've met over the years.

Here we go:

and one more angle with a 360 controller thrown in for scale:

This is an officially licensed, promotional Assassin's Creed "movie style" poster.
It's quite large, and has an impressive presence when seen in person.

I first saw these posters many, many years ago. A few of these pieces popped up for sale right after one particular E3 those many years ago. In fact, it may have been E3 2007, before the first AC game had even been released! Which, I suppose, would make this one of the earliest pieces of AC memorabilia. The poster may have, indeed, been exclusively available at that year's E3. Now I'm not sure if any of this is 100% accurate (as my memory is hazy), but I think there's a very good shot that it is. I need to do a bit more research; which I may or may not get to eventually, lol.

Back then, I intended on getting one of these posters, but for whatever reason, I hesitated. By the time I decided to actually pull the trigger on it, they were all gone.

Ever since then, I'd been diligently looking for this poster, with zero success. Honestly, in all these years of searching, I didn't see a single one of these posters for sale anywhere. It was madness, lol. This poster haunted me, lol.

Now I know this may not be a particularly exciting piece of AC memorabilia for most people. After all, it is just old key art that we've all likely seen a million times before.

That notwithstanding, however, this is still a special piece to me. This is because I'm particularly fond of "movie style" videogame posters (side-note: I'm still looking for the Jade Empire movie style poster), and because,-as I alluded to above-this was my white whale! To finally have it after all these years--it's a big ol' feather in my cap, lol

That's all for now. I hope you all liked the pics!
Thanks again guys and gals for checking in. Take care everyone.
