We had trouble getting back the signed materials from artist Shaddy Safadi in time (as he is now not with Naughty Dog anymore). So if your order included a print of his, we couldn't send it out because we were waiting on his stuff. We have everything now though!
Good news is: all prints will be shipped either today or tomorrow via FedEx so tracking numbers should be showing up for you. My apologies if you had to wait so long. We were planning to write an update on the website about it but every day it seemed like the materials would be in 'tomorrow'... |

We have made sure that for US customers the duty is also 0
