There are promotional pictures of the Apocalypse Edition in German and Frence. I don't think it will be exclusive to the UK.

Also, there is a german USK rating pending on the Prestige Edition.

One more thing: it seems that the US Collector's Edition will be slightly different from the European Collector's Edition:

EU version comes with A4 sized artbook and patches. US one will have a small artbook and a game guide. Metal pack is also different.

I hope I'm not gonna miss pre-order of Premium edition anywhere it will be. 2.000 pcs worldwide is pretty low and I expect fast selling does not matter what the price will be

The guide looks cheap too me, thin "starter" booklet (seems like an instruction manual) - nothing like the witcher guides for the early 2 games. Plus it prima so expect subpar quality =/

Not a deal breaker for me, and imho think the EU got the better of the versions this time around
