Apparently they wont even ship to the US... CANADA only.

I tried ordering as well and they wouldn't accept my address.

Yeah the free steelbook promotion is over, you can order the steelbook only for $99. No game though, that's extra.

I think there is a mistake here, when I go to the Steelbook it reads:

This exclusive Duke Nukem Forever steelbook case is free with your purchase of the Duke Nukem Forever game. This bonus gift is not for sale, and does not contain a copy of the game. Not applicable to previous purchases and not to be purchased separately - any gifts ordered separately will be cancelled without any notice. While supplies last.

Therefore how can they be selling it for $99.99? When it clearly says it's free with a game purchase - can we get confirmation they have infact sold out?
