So do we know whether these are branded per console? Other Pqube LE's have been generic where the copy of the game required is interchangeable (Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus is an example)

If they started with 100 PSP and 100 3DS versions, then that implies that they may come in console specific branded packages - If not, then how can they state a specific number of each if the games can be swapped like previous releases?

No it just put into the system as 100 units each, I sure when stock is depleted for one, stock will be taken from the others allocation.

Lol, I don't get it. Would it be that hard to make a cardboard box for the game+manga and write the "manga edition" on the cover?

...i've been trying to cancel..i sent them a nice courtesy e-mail and even selected from the websites drop box option "cancel order/returns"..and left the door open for maybe future purchases or at a later date..it's been 2 days...i even got google e-mail confirmation that my message was sent....STILL NO ANSWER!!! NO CANCELATIONS!!!!..know i'm getting upset...

Many members have used them without issues, I myslef have ordered 2 editions in the past. The guilty Gear edition and Arcana Heart 3 edition without issue.
