I'm sure somebody posted that they had a GTA steelbook, but they could've been bullshitting, as it's the one and only time I've heard of it I live within about 40 miles of Rockstar Norths HQ, I should totally go down and see if they want to donate anything to me xx

yea, this sucks, when first announced in north america, it was available ONLY at amazon and gamestop, and there was a short 6 week window to place orders, and then it would have been cut off on Jan 15th, so when release day came around, supposedly supplies were supposed to be extremely tight, and only found at those 2 retailers, a true limited edition..but now it's a farce!!!!!!..i'm pissed...there's gonna be literally thousands and thousands more made, and even more and more retailers are offering it..what a bummer, first the metal gear solid fiasco with zavvi and now this one, i hope somebody in 2012 does offer a genuine limited edition set.

the last genuine limited I've seen is the FFXIII-2 crystal edition, people are slapping each other for one copy, this max payne is ridiculous as the metal gear.
I've not canceled the mgs one just for the sake that I love mgs and want it to play and use it myself, if it wasn't for that I would have cancelled it too =S

but is FF 13-2 CRYSTAL edition truely limited?..because amazon.de had it up for several months until about 2 weeks back when finally there allocation was sold out, and just last week gamestation/game uk had it back in stock for about 1 or 2 days...so it may not be "truely" limited but still the rarest of the 3 packages for final fantasy 13-2.

I'm sure it isn't numbered or have like 1000 copies, but anyway, what LE these days does?
Amazon.de had a lot of copies until last weeks because not much people were ordering from it, since it's a german version in deutsch language.
