Ok, so here it is:

After speaking with a USPS International phone agent, I finally know EXACTLY what is and what isn't offered for International shipping.

I finally understand what to do now. I was right. USPS does not offer tracking on Priority or First Class shipping international. When I send your package, I will have to fill out a customs form. As long as I use my own box for the package (and not one of the USPS flat rate boxes) it is considered a "parcel". Once the customs form is filled out I am given a copy with a CP#. People have been confusing this CP# with a tracking#. the CP# is NOT a tracking# it is a customs registration number. All along you and others have been using these CP#'s to track, but the thing is, tracking a package using a CP# is NOT guaranteed. The phone agent explained to me that as the package ships, neither USPS or any postal service in any country is NOT REQUIRED to scan the package into the system w/ the CP#. This means, if you use the CP# to track and you see information appear online, that is a "courtesy" only. Whoever scanned it is doing it as a "favor" to whoever wants to see the package progress.

So now I finally understand. Thank you GOD ALMIGHTY!

I can give these CP#'s to everyone I ship to international, but they will not be guaranteed to track the whole way. If someone in Korea got your package and just didn't feel like scanning it, then you would not see the information of it's arrival in Korea using the CP#.

It is mint and brand new. These replica's never came sealed in their designer box. Box that I received had flaws in the image printed on the box that make it appear like damage (but it is not damage if you look close, it is printing error). Retail was 30$ brand new, 20$ is fair. Already did. Photo album is linked twice in my original first post and once again lower down on first page, but I'll give you the link here again.

Just click "view all" and then scroll through the pics. You'll the the Ratchet & Clank set there. Rest assured the comics and book are all near mint. It's too much work taking individual pics of all 7 items. In the main album the picture for the R&C set is 1/2 way down w/ "view all" mode.

Sure Bash! The mini halo artbook is paperback and thin, just so you know. I believe it came included inside the game case of Halo 3 either the regular game or CE.

Do you need more time to browse the rest of my items? Just want to make sure for everyone that they get all they want in 1 shipment to make life easier...

It actually is different than the ones I own and I have all versions of the Halo CE's. Either way It doesn't hurt to have a spare. Can I pay you on the third as that is when I get paid.
