Although, I've got an artbook, for the 3 Japanese RPGs It was packaged seperately in my package...

And my Pandora's Tower is unsealed (was actually OPEN, like the flap was open)! xx

Wait... I did receive my preorder bonus, it was hidden inside a bit of cardboard it's a flatpacked paper-cardboard "box" - that's shite :/ xx

Yeah its not great but it was an unexpected bonus so Im happy. (more with the artbook than the box)

Yeah, the packaging was TERRIBLE, Gee...

It was the grey plastic bag things? A giant one of those, with a cardboard sheet inside (to "protect" the game and preorder bonus I guess?, which you could move the game around inside aswell, and the game was inside another grey bag INSIDE the first one, with the preorder bonus book inside the first bag.

I actually thought I was missing the "box" part because it was hidden, flat packed INSIDE the cardboard insert in the grey bag :/

Luckily everything was mint though xx

Firstly my copy was dumped by the delivery bloke in the communal entrance of my workplace without them even bothering to contact me to let me know it was there

Then thanks to their comedy packaging the box for the game was crushed and ripped down one side, not good for a LE item

So having spoken to customer services regarding their woeful packaging, which they blamed on trying to be environmentally conscious. I guess they don't know you can recycle a large cardboard box? My options are to either refund it and order from somewhere like Amazon or get a replacement from HMV and see if they can actually package it with any sort of protection, maybe a polite letter in the return package with some helpful diagrams of how to put things in a cardboard box? Not sure it's worth the uncertainty just for a rather cheap slipcase and a small artbook

Happy for everyone who got their copy intact but now sorely disappointed with HMV.

HMV are usually notorious for their packaging.. lol as mentioned before sending an LE I ordered in a jiffy bag.. well guess the bonus item isn't really worth much..
