Nope, no reply. I contacted the guy who left him negative feedback and he hasn't gotten a reply to a message he sent a couple weeks ago.

Well, on a happier note, I received my Mass Effect Russian Steelbook today in the mail Ordered it directly from Soyuz; took a month or so, but it actually came! Sealed and in great condition Somebody should trade me their ME3 CE for my steelbook.

In the Uk you have a maximum of 90 days depending on the card company. some have 60 days.

Depending on what was purchase you can have 6 months to make a claim.

Also check out the repercussions for a charge back.

The same son of a bitch had a Diablo 3 CE Pre-order up as well, and a couple people bought that.

Anyway if the US is going to get a Metalpak while UK is not, I have no reason to try so hard finding the NTSC version!

Yes that is exactly what I am talking about

The first you need to do is contact your CC company and ask for advice and procedure. Also how does it affect you if you do a charge back.

Explain you used paypal otherwise they will think paypal is the company that they need to make case against.
