Well all of my orders are still intact and they were all placed in October, so surely yours could be fixed. Unless it was a case of payment failure, and they've just allocated your order to the next order in line that has a successful payment?

I don't know if that would be the case, almost got stung by the bloody fraud prevention system just the other day though with one of my orders but I don't know if that would have happened again. Even at that, why the hell wouldn't they give you a chance to fix it? |

Yeah, the Fraud prevention flagged me up a while ago as I ordered to get it sent direct to AUS for a member here. But despite there being the option of that on site, if you're in the UK and try to send to somewhere not in the UK, it flags you for fraud.
It took around 2 days for them to fix my account Had to keep phoning them, as once the fraud thing flags you, it keeps you flagged until one of the staff fixes your account >.< xx

Damn, that doesn't sound good.
Mine seems to be fixed now and I just checked, there was enough for them to charge it. Weird times for Ubi's phone helpcentre, though. |

Yeah, if the fraud system still has you flagged, it will not take payment even if you have the money available. That's what was happening to me, despite having the money sitting in my paypal account. I'd definitely give them a ring if I were you.
Yeah, the times are really odd. And pretty annoying too, have to waste half the day away before you can even contact them xx

Haha, yeah, plus at this point you just want to get it over with and still have to wait half an hour.
Game seemed to be fine though, took payment for Halo 4 yesterday, plus I used their webchat thing to ask about it and they said there wasn't any problems. Great idea that webchat, so much easier than e-mail or a phonecall where you would wait half an hour just to get someone that couldn't understand the Glaswegian accent, heh. |

I have to admit, I'm pretty conflicted about Ubisoft normally their games are good but I hate the way they do the AC stuff where there's loads of different editions, then preorder bonuses and I'm still a little irritated by the Animus edition of Revelations where you pay the extra to get what you think is the best edition and then they go and release the white version of the encyclopaedia with not only stuff that the black one doesn't get, but also with ludicrous shipping charges.

Just phoned them, apparently as mine as listed as "Order in Process" they are currently in the warehouse being packed up, so should be sent soon. Hope that is the case xx

Fuck.
Something's screwed up at my bank, supposedly they stopped them from taking the money and so their automated system cancelled it. That's fucking bullshit. Plus you can't even let out your anger at the person on the phone, as irritating as they are, it's not their fault. Plus they were saying my entire order is invalid now when on my screen it wasn't so I'll have to see what to do with the FarCry figure. Makes you sick when that happens then you see some scalping cunt on eBay with 5 of them. Bollocks. |
