Ryan, I sent a ticket yesterday and still have not received a reply.

I ordered a few lithos the other day (which have not been sent) and would like to get the discount on those, either as a refund or credit. Please have someone respond.

Or maybe it's easier if I cancel and reorder...

You'll probably have to cancel and reorder anyway (post-facto discounts make our accountant displeased), but Chantel will handle it for you. Tickets get answered in the order they come in and she's all alone this week, but I'll see if I can cheat you up the queue a bit.

I have learned as well from where I work, accounting hates those post-order price adjustments; so we rather cancel and re-do orders to make everyone happy lol

Sounds great, I've been putting off getting the book so added incentive is always good.
