Not having the game included doesn't really make any difference right?? I mean, you could just throw in any format of the game from whatever country as all the contents were basically just chucked into the box

Yeah that probably doesn't matter Matrix, most people bought any format and later switched the copies to their preferred format xx

Wait, I suppose it would have to be an Austrian copy of the game considering that's what was included originally, but format doesn't matter as there was no strict number on each format, just however many got ordered on that format, etc xx

I think it's more everything else but the game that's important, and although there' s supposedly only 266 of these made....they weren't even numbered!
In the long run, I think you could sell all the contents without the game and still sell it for more than what they're fetching right now!?

Imagine Dead Island 2 coming out with another limited release like this!!

very doubtful, steelbook alone would probably sell for higher than $40 if put on an international eBay; assuming shipping is 20 USD for regular people -> 20 USD for SteelBook + Box + Soundtrack seems unrealistic;

you can however order it from Zavvi (they offer international shipping for 1GBP (at least to Russia);

and it would be ~$59 including shipping for the complete CE;

Hmm I rather avoid shopping at Zavvi seeing their shipping method.. Guess I'll just save for one on eBay. Probably can get 60-70 usd later, prefer without game too to save shipping and region lock game are pointless
