I mean when you look at it this has just been a classic example of marketing and PR at it's worst. 1) piss off the die-hard fans by cancelling the much desired 4000 limited steelbook. 2) the retailers, in this case Zavvi *sigh*, don't have a fucking clue what's going on and manage to pass that on to their customers. 3) Nobody, including Konami themselves, seem to know exactly who is getting what so people are in a total quandary about whether to cancel or not. 4) If you want to cancel your order a whole week before the release date, well . . .tough shit. You can't.

If that ain't a complete train wreck . . .it'll do till the real train-wreck gets here.

Just checked my bank balance and it appears the money's gone from my account too! I agree that this was a complete disaster. I reckon the next f-up would be they forgot to include MGS4 in our set.
