ACB Journal is indeed official. Has official legal mumbo on back and comes in a little plastic baggy that's official to it

Honestly all in all it looks like something that would be sold generally but for some reason wasn't

Ebay and around 30 USD shipped so not terrible all things considered

I never browse eBay lately, I'm a bit steep to money now as I ordered a lot this month and last month.
I'm trying to avoid eBay, as everytime I find nice deal, I kan't resist to buy it
