Well, I have about 4-5 unboxings to put up over the next few days, and here's the first one!

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII US Target Exclusive Steelbook Edition

Managed to pick up FF XIII-2 Crystal Edition for 360, along with the CE guide and preorder bonus steelbook, all brand new, all for a $100 + free postage.

I opened the game and the guide, but the steelbook will remain sealed. I already have the same steel on PS3, after all.

I still gotta get that steel and guide, but figure since I just got my first CE for XIII less than a month ago I'm not doing too shabby! I still wish they had released the Japanese 3-set collection over here, would love to add the Lightning statue to my FF collection

All i will ever collect from ff as toys or figures is: Cloud, Seph, vincent and Aerith may be from other titles like "Shadow" ... but i guess, for sure, i won't get a Lightning

Fair enough, I've got my FF7 roster (Tifa, Sephiroth, Aeris, Cloud, Barret, RedXIII, Yuffie - though don't think I have a Vincent or a Cid or Cait Sith?), and if I remember right I may still have a Vivi and Zidane from FF9. They're not statues per se though, they're more like poseable action figures. Not really sure where they all are though as most of my stuff is still packed or in storage.

I wasn't really planning on even getting FFXIII until I got XIII-2 for dirt cheap and really liked the quality of the CE. I'm definitely more of a fan of the old-school FF's. Didn't really care for X as much and never played another one after that except the kajillion remakes of the older ones.

Ha ha I know - terrible lazy photography...

I laid it on the pk as it looks gorgeous on the black but realised after it's nit an ideal way of displaying with any sense...

The letter opener was bigger than I expected - it's beautiful

Yeah it was bigger the I excepted when I first got it as well. I does look nice on the PK though.
