Well its up to sites like this to vent our anger, frustration or joy with companies behavior over titles. There are so many developers and publishers that we can't play, collect everything anyway. So we should shame the companies that get greedy. But show affection to the genuine companies. Forums give us a place to make this happen. To inform people the world over about dirty tactics. So lets do that.
Now gearbox HAS to redeem itself after Duke Nukem Forever. If they make an inferior title and lie about the amount of ce's available again, lets make sure everybody is aware of it. Then maybe next time they won't sell any and it will serve them right.
Companies like naughty dog, nintendo, nisa and even sony should be given kudos for keeping collector edition and limited edition titles low on numbers.
Maybe we should develop a name and shame list which is dominant within the site.

huh? Duke Nukem was a terrible game that is why there are so many CE's. Also Sony has a lot of CE's for their games that still are in store.

If people are going crazy for this then I think you can make double. I mean I basically sold my D3 Collectors for 200. And there are somewhat a lot of those.

The fact it sold out in like 1 week is crazy to me.

Duke nukem was gearbox, who we are discussing here right? They need to prove themselves. With Sony im thinking gow series ce's. These were not overly produced.

Gearbox just updated the FAQ and it includes how big the chest is.

The Loot Chest is made of a high-quality hard plastic and at approximately 17.75 inches long by 7.25 inches wide and 6.5 inches tall (with the lid shut) is large enough to hold a dachshund.

Well,mine was ordered awhile ago,unfortunately for me there was a slight stuff up.
I ordered an Xbox 360 version but somehow got put down for a PC version,not a
happy hippy on this one. Who knows why or how they stuffed up,maybe because
i was ordering lots of other things at the same time for various platforms it got
muddled who knows. The only benefit that came out of this is i am now only being
charged $100 for the loot edition,so thats a small plus. I can only hope that they
manage to change it to an Xbox 360 version at some point in time,i know they are
trying to as everytime i go in i'm told we are still trying to fix the problem for you.
