Mine isn't, which is fine so long as it's not out of error.. I just find it strange that Treehouse would specify an edition of 500, but choose not to number them.

I bought it a while ago but it's yet to arrive, pretty sure it's not numbered though

Would better IMO if they did not do it as the statue... do it as realistic instead. But that is just me... the statue style looks dull.

I see that the Dragonborn Statue is finally sold out now. That sale finally moved the rest. I even bought one for $150. The box is HUGE.

Yeah $150 shipped for that was a steal.

I do not know. Maybe not because those are a deposit pre-order.

Can anyone get a hold of Treehouse (Bethesada/Bioware) customer service? I have a few problems with orders that have been delivered and I havent gotten a response yet. I wrote to them a few days before December 30, 2014. Today is January 5, 2015.

*Update: I have been replied to on 1/12/15. And I am being helped

I've used their ticket system a couple of times and it seemed to work well. Usually get a response within 24hrs.

Sorry Fox. Today is our first day back since the 30th. I can try to get you bumped up if you want to PM me ticket numbers, but I'm sure they're just trying to catch up and will get to you soon....

High ticket volume plus high demand for days off means response time suffers a bit.
