Thanks Ingmar. There should be some on eBay in case you really want one. I think they sell for $75 to $100 though usually. Maybe prices will come down though...who knows.

It was a gift for store managers and assistant managers only, as far as I know; so it was not a pre-order item or any other similar thing.

That's what I was told. Supposedly, it came with a letter addressed to store management. I don't have the letter however; and I haven't actually seen the letter either.
