I'll get one eventually, I have already emailed Treehouse as they need to limit these to one per customer due to the amount of people that buy multiple copies for resale purposes. They are already selling for $200 on eBay as individuals have simply bought 3 /6 copies to resell.

Report them. They cannot be sold on eBay per the ToS.

Well it violates the ToS right now due to them not being able to ship within 30 days of sale... but when they are within 30 days of being able to ship after the sale there will be nothing to report (as far as I know... eBay's rules are sometimes made up by their enforcement team so you never know).
