I am wondering if the game comes packaged separately anyway, I think it does so I don't see much point in getting the actual game at this point.

what a shame that they take money straight away. Shipping to Germany would be only 40$ just for the Add-On box. Sounds fair to me.

Will probably leave out on this I'm also not a big fan of those "chest" editions.

Yeah I can put that many in the basket but at the top is says that the requested quantity is not available.
