I'm pretty sure that's more of a courier issue. The game company can't tell you its delivered or not, the courier does, call the courier company and report a claim, they lost your package.

Fear not dude. My UPS on the day of delivery always says delievered on the website but isnt actually delivered until around 3pm, which is around the normal time UPS makes its way to my neighborhood

Is it already late night/evening there? Just wondering if its still "delivery time" or if it is late. Sometimes mine says delivered and the truck doesn't arrive til later. Then again, other times the package just disappears off the face of the planet and the company that sent it won't give me any tracking# to help locate it so I guess there's that

the tracking has some life ion royal mail as showing yet to be delivered

after they hand it off to your regional courier it'll show up as delivered, so you shouldn't worry...but since you already filed the claim I would just leave it open until you physically receive it in case (god forbid) it actually does get lost.

maybe foolish but cs said if not got by 6th of jan will sort it out but if dispute charges back they cannot help

tracking seems live on royal mail so gives me a something to pursue

usps tracking was clear as mud

i closed dispute and said if they let me down no more custom
