All I got was 'The automated system cancelled it and it's now out of stock.'

That's why I was calling it bullshit. Why would you use a system that can so easily screw folk over? I don't even know why the bank refused it, there was enough money and the fraud crap was dealt with.
Christ, at least it wasn't Steam, something like that happens with them, they lock your account and that's almost 800 games down the pan.

All still "In Process". I called them YET AGAIN yesterday, and they apologised and told me that they had been waiting for the stock to come in, but that it had now come in and would start shipping today (which was yesterday).

So hoping they're not bullshitting this time, and hope that they actually mean it, and that the books will actually be shipping soon xx

I keep phoning them. It's costing me a lot because I can only contact them via mobile, but at least I get answers quickly, instead of waiting forever for an email.

I can't really afford to keep phoning them though, as my phone bill has been run away up with phoning them and phoning other companies who keep fucking me around recently

Ye I wrote to them other day, and this was the response I got from them

Regarding your query in to the status of your order, it's in process of being shipped and as soon as it's leaving our warehouse we'll send you an email confirmation with the tracking number so you can check the progress of the delivery over the net.

Then ask how come it can take so long time when it was set to be released same time as the game.
