As far as I know you don't have to buy the game or the season pass to get it. You'll get it for free if you buy the game or season pass, but you still can purchase it for around $2 I think

That's really cool, would would be really nice to get my hands on one of them!

(Actually just the steelbook I'd need, already have the season pass.)

Hopefully someone over here gets this deal too but I'm not sure if they will. Sometimes we miss out on cool bonus things like this.
