I'm not too sure which other countries got it but the numbers for South East Asia/HK/Taiwan are in low hundreds range.

Many shops here did not get any copies and those who did got 1-2 only. My friend in HK said the preorders were sold out in 1 day.

The other big countries like Japan/Korea/China did not get it. That doesn't leave many more countries.

If there are more then they messed up the supply somewhere.

First time around i received a damaged edition, so i'll try again, although i think this might end up being one of those bogey editions where for me finding a mint one is impossible.
