No, I feel your rant reaction is justified as part of the online buying experience does include proper shipment of product. It's not like going into a store and verifying your product before you walk out so we are left at the mercy of the retailer. Every business module, small or big, needs to cater to the after-sale support if they want to ensure repeat business. Otherwise, I'll wait until one of you guys decide to sell me your collection with knowing the fact that you will care for it when you ship.

48 hours is the industry standard and most companies do it within 24 hours.

Here is the thing, they do not need to solve it when they respond, but a response to say "hey, we see your ticket and are no looking into what we can do, we will get back to you with in another 48 hours" would even be acceptable.

I jsut have no sympathy for them I guess... it is poor business practices.

Agree with you regarding the 48 hours response time. It is a good business practice.

I wonder why is it taking them so long to iron these issues out on the customer service side, since it is been quite a while since the took over by GameStop & ThinkGeek.

Yeah 48 hrs is standard... but the good ones are under 24.

Just got a response finally from Bethesda store support. Took them 22 days to respond. I can say this with no doubt... Treehouse, Thinkgeek, whoever it is should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

And almost a month later, I still have not received my replacement prints. Got a reply from a CS last Friday, telling me it will be SOON to be shipped out. The CS couldnt give me a specific date even.
