Their response after 22 days:

"Hi,

I'm sorry, but we don't process exchanges. I am able to process an RMA so you may return your item for a refund. You may place a new order at any time for the correct item or size.

How would you like to receive your refund?
Cash refund back to the original method of payment
Store credit, which will be issued via gift card (a code will be sent to the email address used to place the order)

Once you respond, I can process the RMA for you and provide return instructions.

If you received the wrong item by mistake, or if your item is defective or damaged, please send us some photos. For incorrectly received items, we require a photo of the item/size received with your packing slip. For defective or damaged items, please send photos of the defect or damage, and a photo of how the item was packed for shipping.

Brick
Think Geek Solutions"

My Reply:

"Hi Brick. I gave up on this weeks ago. It has been 22 days since i opened this.

I can say confidently your company should be utterly ashamed of its current support system. I should get a refund for the shirt just for how I was treated by making me wait all this time. Also at the very least I should have gotten an apology for the 22 day wait on a ticket that should have been answered in the industry standard response time of 48 hours max... 24 hours usually with the good companies.

Anyways, thanks again... I will just have to make a mental note of how this is not Treehouse I am dealing with anymore and is now only ThinkGeek.and remember to order only if absolutely necessary. Back when it was only Treehouse customer support was excellent... obviously a good system as fallen to make way for a bad one.

Thanks for your reply."

That sucks. They are awful now. This is what happens when a smaller company that still cared a bit gets taken over by a company that already got big enough for any caring to cease.

I will say though that their "process" for shipping lithos takes a very long time. Mine took well over the max time frame they gave. This might be to the rush of order maybe? Feels like treehouse was utterly gutted and re-worked, but Ryan would be the only one who would know... but even if true he probably would not say out of fear for shi job.

It really is too bad, I used to tout how good they were.

Shame really.. It took me almost the same time like you to get the nod for the replacement prints. And now Im still waiting.

TreeHouse was my favorite store. But now I dread to buy from them.

TreeHouse even delayed one of the bloodborne prints that I ordered. And oddly, some people already received theirs and started selling on ebay.... I just hope I would get mine soon.

It is not Treehouse anymore, at least not eh support side. It is the company that bought them, the one they sign their replies with... "Think Geek Solutions".

But yes, a very big shame.

my bad, should have emphasized that it is Think Geek (or GameStop the parent company). These two companies are awful... I miss the old Treehouse, always supportive.

As of now, the only store left that I really cherish is Cook and Becker.

Man, this is sad news for all of us who loved the Treehouse store. I REALLY hope they do something to turn this boat ship barge titanic around! I simply won't purchase a collectible from a company that can't or won't at least pretend that they value my time and money as much as I do their products and service.

...Oh how the mighty have fallen

No thanks. They had a blue and yellow Vault 101 some time back. Cool but not worth it. If you are a hardcore snowboarder and a Fallout fan it would be though (I used to be a snowboarder until I tore my knee all to hell, had to give it up after that),

Indeed.. $500 is a lot of money. But I guess Fallout fans have increased heaps.. some of the sizes have already been sold out.. crazy..

Does anyone know if the Fallout Monopoly sold by Bethesda is different then the one sold at GameStop the way they did the mystery minis?
