i understand their aint any official statement from naughty dog that states this is limited to 5000 pieces and their is a great probability it would really be back in stock .. but i believe love is in the eye of the lover .. which means if you love something and owned it at last i dont believe it would matter with you how much you offered in exchange ... being together is what matters most ...

Perfectly sound argument

Personally I was just a little annoyed when a CE I buy goes bargain bin assuming I bought it at full price

The US CE for Uncharted 3 for instance could easily be found 2 years later or so for less than half price

But if something is worth what you pay for it then I don't suppose being able to get it for half the cost down the road should really make you regret your purchase

yea i believe so .. the amount of happiness if you really care for this thing wont differ compared to how much you paid for it ... though i still believe this post pandemic edition will be treated like the UC Explorer edition and not like the collectors one ... the idea that it was only available at game stop due that it was only produced in little quantities would piss off a lot of the audience if it got back in stock all over the world after wards .. it would doubt the honesty of naughty dog afterwards in the eyes of the fans...

There is very good evidence by all fronts that both the Post-Pandemic Edition and Statue was very limited

PPE was likely limited to 5000 copies which is very low for a CE release

Statue unsure of but it sold out very very quickly worldwide barring some units still in stores in Europe etc.

i would be in an extreme total loss here if it got back for 170$ ... but huhh .. i think every body is destined to meet whats written for him ....
i just sold the infamous 2 the one that had the bag for around 200$ .. and i had it since day one of its release for 99$ so that was a good example of a collectors edition that never lost its value ... i kinda of think that last of us will even cross uncharted popularity and it would be naughty dog fleur de lis ...

I have 3 sources that say it's 5,000.
