GAME.co.uk has just cancelled all my pre-orders for borderlands 2, including my loot chest, has this happened to anyone else?

The same thing has happened to me. I emailed them so hopefully they get it sorted otherwise they won't get another penny from me.
I want to remain confident that they will sort it but as long as they get them sold to someone then I'm sure that's all they will care about. The sooner exclusives stop going to Game the better as nothing has changed. Just my opinion anyway. |

completely agree on the exclusives, the only thing I am worrying about is the last time this happened to me they wouldn't re-instate my order. I think it was for one of the FFXIII-2 editions.
I am ringing them up on Monday morning, I dont want to leave it to chance and miss out, I would suggest you try and do the same, you will get it resolved quicker. |

Have you got a number for them as when I looked on the site there doesn't seem to be one. I'm forwarding my email to work from home so at least I'll know as soon as they contact me.

they conceal it really well but I did manage to find it a while back, they are only open between 9-5:30pm Mon-Fri so you'll have to wait until tomorrow.

guys & gals - as I already stated, game will resolve the issue on Monday - my advice would be to contact them via the game website, but if folk want to contact me via pm with their order numbers I would be happy to pass your details onto my contact who is resolving my issue via an email from the CEO
![]() Anyone doubting might recall I totally missed out on U3 Explorer Edition but by my method I managed to snag a spare...I wouldn't want to pass my method on as it might water-down it's effectiveness, but as I said - I have a contact near the top who will be calling me Monday - I can email them tonight with a list of order numbers asking they ensure that those orders are also resolved BTW, mine was cancelled as my CC had expired between ordering and payment being taken - however I only found that out via my contact...the email is rubbish that they send
