They will hold everything in the order until it's all available. I had a bunch of stuff held up while waiting on the Garrus bust to be released.

A quick question Ryan if I may; I was going to order both versions but decided against it for now and just got the special edition, when I added the small version to my cart the increase in postage was only $5 which is a great deal. But then I thought I'd get the open edition Team Litho instead as I haven't got that one and the postage increase was $23? How come? It's the same size as the small Saga litho (18x24) so why does it cost so much extra to post?

I hope that was clear(ish)
Clerical error. Shipping on the open Team should be the same as the open Saga now.

If you really want it, there are 24 special Sagas left, so if you hurry you can place a new order and we can cancel the first. I know that's annoying and you have to float the double charge for a bit, but unfortunately I don't have a good way to add items to an existing order for you....

OK i've made another order with both. I paid for the first with my PP balance plus a little from a CC....The second was from my bank account.

How do I go about cancelling the first? I might be being dumb but I can't see a clear 'cancel order' option. Also will it be refunded to the PP balance and CC as it was paid (about 80% PP balance and 20% CC)

Still if there are only 24 left it might be worth keeping the first.

[EDIT] I assume I can cancel at any time up until the ship date?

We have to look up whether an order is cancelable (has it shipped, etc), so we don't have a way for you to do it yourself (even though in this specific case, we know the answer, we haven't figured out the best way to teach the system these nuances). Open a customer service ticket and they'll sort you out. You can cancel at any time up to when it gets packed, but you won't know that in advance, and they'll have to have gotten to your ticket beforehand as well (we try to have cancel requests bubble up to the top of the queue, but like all automated systems, it's not perfect).... So don't cut it too close is all I'm saying.

I can't say for sure how the money will be returned in that circumstance since it's up to PayPal's policies, but I expect it'll be largely straightforward....

Thanks for the help Ryan, I can't say how great it is having a direct link to an employee of the Treehouse store here as an active member of the forum.....I think more representatives of other stores should be here (To have a Konamistyle rep here would be epic in my view)

We might be a fairly small community, but we do spend a shit load of cash

For the time being I think I'll keep both orders, maybe another member here will miss out on the special edition and I can help them out......Even though it leaves me broke this week

What happened to the other lithographs on EA's store? Are they all gone now?

We did a big cleaning and sent some of the dead stock to the studios to do with what they wish.... I like having options, but there is sometimes pressure (internally and externally) to keep things from looking "stale".
