Nope, not gonna do it just for the box... but I do like the box art somewhat - just not a fan of the little tab thingies they seem to put on many of your UK Nintendo LEs. After watching the Nintendo direct though I'm really excited for this game (even moreso than before)!! Not happy about the retailer exclusive costume sets though... I wonder if I can use the codes for the Japanese version on my NTSC console? That'd be great!

Yuu probably won't be able to use them since the Wii U is region locked and this should also apply for DLC

I do want this European limited edition...I bet US Nintendo will do something along the lines of the Mario Kart 8 limited edition which was exclusive to 1 store in NYC.

I REALLY hope they don't do that... I'd have to go again if they did just because it's Zelda. Though I guess I could fund the trip by selling a 2nd one on eBay based off of the MK8 prices last time?

Except they'd limit it to one per person.

No if they did a CE for a new Zelda game and limited it to one US store, NoA knows they'd have a riot on their hands. Also, if you watch the part of the European Nintendo Direct where they announce the Limited Edition, and then you go to the same part in the North American Nintendo Direct, NoA is conspicuously silent about a CE release here. Sounds to me like confirmation against a CE here, what do you guys think?

I'm really surprised to see a European CE at this point. NoE works so much harder than NoA these days. You guys do get gypped on the clock and treasure box though. But I still kinda want it for my Zelda collection.

Yeah, sounds like it - but they didn't announce that MK8 one until quite awhile after the UK one was announced either, and only did it a few weeks before release IIRC. I'd be tempted simply because of its rarity at that point though.

From all I've read the DW games don't sell very well at all over here in the US and so maybe that had something to do with it? But yeah - if they WERE going to announce a CE, ideally it would've been done in the same spot on the Nintendo Direct.

I think in addition to that, the sad announcement of US having "retailer exclusive costumes" is a punch in the gut too
